WEEKEND SUMMARY:
We are so excited to celebrate with you and share some of our very favorite spots in Sonoma County with you this week! We just wanted to share a few reminders about the schedule of festivities as well as some of our must-visits while you’re in town…
FRIDAY:
Join us for a casual meet up at The Barlow Downtown Sebastopol if you’re in town! There are several tasting rooms, restaurants, and breweries in The Barlow and we encourage you to bop around and explore a few! Andrew and I will be posted up at The Punchdown wine bar from 6-8pm(ish) and would love for you to stop by and say hi while you’re exploring the area!
SATURDAY AM:
While the bride and groom will be busy in the AM, if you have never been to Northern California we highly recommend visiting our favorite coffee shop on the coast, Cafe Aquatica, for the ocean views! Some of our other favorite coffee/breakfast hangouts nearby are the Altamont General Store in Occidental, Howard Station in Occidental, Wild Flour Bread in Freestone and Retrograde Coffee in Sebastopol!
SATURDAY AFTERNOON:
Party time! The event will begin at 3pm which will give you a moment to park and grab a cocktail in time to welcome the bride and groom for their arrival promptly at 3:30pm! The weather predictions for the weekend have been a bit mixed, but it will likely be chilly with potential for on and off rain sprinkles (don’t worry we’ve got a tent and a plan for coverage if needed!) but we recommend bringing warm layers and shoes that can withstand the terrain and weather.
We recommend carpooling as much as possible - There is some parking at Grace Ranch and there will also be an overflow parking lot at our neighbors just down the street, with a shuttle available to bring you back and forth. If you are planning on arriving/departing via ride share service - please have them drop off/pick up in the parking lot at Grace Ranch (you may want to schedule your ride in advance as there aren’t an abundance of drivers in the area).
SUNDAY AM:
The Olive Harvest Brunch will begin at 10am. Join us for coffee and pastries and stay as long as you’d like to help us with the olive harvest! Dress code is casual but again we’d recommend bringing layers as it will likely be chilly in the morning!
*Travel Notes: If you are taking the shuttle from SFO, the Doubletree Hotel Rohnert Park location is one closest to Grace Ranch!
